Made by two dads. Approved by 5 kids. Putting our @tomsperfect10 Miso Caramel Granola to the test with our youngest taste testers. Safe to say, it was 10s across the board. Our limited-edition June drop is available at TomsPerfect10.com now, with a special batch also at @papadamournyc, and made with caramelized oats, sesame brittle, candied pineapple, coconut, almonds, and miso for a slightly salty and sweet bite. Bravo @tbannister. 👍

Remembering the days in 2020 when we were in the height of a pandemic, preparing to become parents for the first time and learning how to tie a baby sling. Soon after, our son Celian was born and made me a papa, and a few years later, Elise (Mei Mei) joined us and made us a little family of four. 🥰❤️ Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. Thank you for all that you do. 🙏

Our Spicy Chorizo Croissant is back for this Father’s Day Weekend at both Dominique Ansel Bakery in SoHo and @dominiqueanselworkshop in Flatiron. It’s layered with paprika Gruyère butter throughout, topped with chorizo, a hint of espelette and cayenne pepper for an extra kick,  and finished with grated Parmesan. Available this Friday-Sunday only, in SoHo and Flatiron.

Our Jam Jars at @papadamournyc pay homage to the fruit soups and not-too-sweet dessert soups I’ve had throughout Taiwan and Hong Kong. And in France, when we have the best summer fruits, we turn them into jams and confiture. That’s what inspired the shape of these cakes - yep, the entire thing is edible and the molds are 3D printed. Slice them open to reveal the molten center inside. (Recommended to-stay only, especially during this summer heat!) Our 5 flavors include: 
* Strawberry: fresh & confit strawberries, olive oil
ganache, basil seeds, chiffon cake
* Mango Coconut: ripe mango, kumquat, coconut milk
tapioca, rice pudding ganache
* Almond Lychee: sweet Southern almond (actually
apricot kernel, so its nut-free), lychee nata de coco,
vanilla Chantilly, chiffon cake 
* Black Sesame: black sesame, coffee jelly, sesame
sea salt feuilletine, brown sugar ganache, brown sugar cake
* Chocolate Hazelnut: milk chocolate crémeux, homemade hazelnut praliné, crispy feuilletine
(our version of a Ferrero Rocher)

It’s back! Our What-a-Melon Soft Serve is back at the Bakery in SoHo starting tomorrow, Thursday 6/12, and will be available every Thursday-Sunday all summer long. A fresh juicy slice of watermelon, complete with tiny hand-cut dark chocolate “seeds,” filled with a swirl of refreshing homemade watermelon soft serve with a hint of lime - it’ll be a good summer. 😎🍉🍦 #whatamelon #softserve #icecream

Our Mango Passionfruit & Coconut Riz au Lait Cube at @dominiqueanselworkshop, filled with mango passionfruit curd paired with creamy coconut riz au lait (rice pudding) in a laminated brioche, topped with shredded coconut to finish. Served daily here in Flatiron. 🥭

Surprise! For one weekend only this FRIDAY-SUNDAY at @papadamournyc, we’re making Fraises des Bois Strawberries & Cream Sandos. These rare woodland strawberries are overnighted to us from Malaga, Spain, and are in season just a few short weeks a year - think: tiny little bursts of fragrant and sweet strawberry candy in each bite. Paired with creamy vanilla mascarpone Chantilly cream and homemade strawberry jam on our fresh-baked shokupan bread, it’s gonna be a good weekend. 😎🍓🍞 A limited supply are available daily this Fri-Sun from 8am until sold out. See you at 64 University this weekend.

Our Pretzel Salt Egg Tarts at @papadamournyc have quickly become my go-to breakfast these days. Our version of a classic egg tart, with a silky custard center surrounded by a sablé crust studded with crunchy pretzel salt for a salty sweet bite (and a little nod to our NYC home). The best part? We brush them with a bit of beurre noisette (brown butter) as they come out of the oven, for a subtle nutty finish. Perfect.
